Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and achieve our goals.

About You:

  • You hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with children under the age of 5, preferably in an Early Years setting.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the EYFS and its principles.
  • You are a team player who embodies the values of responsibility, openness, and collaboration.

  • A competitive salary range of £23,920 - £27,622 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
