Exciting Opportunity for Swimming Teachers at Swim Central

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Swimming Teachers to join our team at Swim Central. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each student, providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Water Safety and Techniques: Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress of swimmers.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Certifications: ASA/Swim England/STA Level 1, with desirable criteria including ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA Level 2 Award/Certificate, and Level 2 Baby and Pre-School.
