We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Cygnet Ashbrook House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management to the care team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide safe, sound, and supportive care to our service users.
- Service Development: Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our service users.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure that we are delivering a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our service meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness, and that we are meeting our quality targets.
- A level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or working towards.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a Team Leader position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience working in a Learning Disability/Residential setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with varied stakeholders.
