About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Cygnet Ashbrook House. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team provides safe, sound, and supportive care to the people they support
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service
  • Be a role model to your team and provide effective leadership and management
  • Work with family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service and promote a positive culture
  • Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support and care possible

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Team Leader position
  • Talented leadership with strong line management and communication skills
  • Experience within a Learning Disability/Residential setting
  • Effective people, time, and task management with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
