We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Administration Officer to join our team at People First. As a key member of our credit administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and delivery of credit business.
Key Responsibilities- Loan Administration: Ensure that all facilities are established within a standardized control framework, including syndicated, bilateral, and sub-participated loans, to enable accurate loan administration outcomes and post-lending management.
- Agency/Bilateral/Sub-Participation Deals: Responsible for the administrative work related to agency/bilateral/sub-participation deals, including drawdown/rate fixing/fee notices, email circulation, obtaining certain approvals, and dealing with queries from internal or external parties.
- Drawdown Sign-Off: Ensure that minimum requirements for drawdown sign-off are achieved prior to disbursement, including facility agreement execution, credit approval, conditions precedent satisfaction, and utilization request validation.
- Commitment Fee Monitoring: Monitor and reconcile the commitment fee on an ongoing basis.
- Front Office Coordination: Coordinate with the Front Office for any requirements from client or agent bank on a daily basis.
- Loan Database Management: Maintain and update the loan database (daily portfolio report) based on agent notice and back-office report to ensure internal system booking and daily portfolio report accuracy and consistency.
- Transaction Processing: Manage the processing of transactions in the credit system, including drawdown, rollover, and interest fixing.
- Experience: Experience of working on bilateral and sub-part loans, agency deal roles, and similar capacity banks over 5 years.
- Skills: Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail, ability to work under minimal supervision, ability to deliver under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality, and system skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate/advanced level.
- Language: English fluent, with Mandarin preferred but not mandatory.
This is a permanent position with a fully office-based working style. The working hours are 9 to 5 with flexibility when necessary.
