### Job Title: Bank Wellbeing Therapist

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bank Wellbeing Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Bank Wellbeing Therapist, you will provide specific therapies to staff in the workplace to benefit their wellbeing, including reducing stress and tension and improving physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide a wide variety of complementary therapies, including massage, energy therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, and facial therapy
* Maintain and signpost evaluations and trackers to existing recognised and offered support services
* Attend regular meetings with the wellbeing team
* Work a minimum number of days each month, with flexible and ad-hoc scheduling

### Requirements

* Registration with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)
* Completed an approved training scheme
* Current liability and indemnity insurance
* At least 1 year's post-qualification experience
* Experience with a wide variety of complementary therapies
