Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Analysis team to produce software functional specifications that align with established standards whenever feasible.
  • Engage with clients post-contract to comprehend and evaluate their business workflows, aligning them with our operational standards where applicable.
  • Organize and facilitate customer Software Functional Specification workshops.
  • Coordinate with engineering Domain Authorities and the project software execution team to ensure the Software Functional Specification accurately reflects our deliverables.
  • Create software functional specifications and corresponding software requirements tailored to specific projects.
  • Work alongside the Solution Analysis team to revise and sustain solution software specifications.
  • Promote a collaborative atmosphere for software solutions from sales through to engineering.
  • Contribute to the advancement of standardization and software reusability initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), or Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) with in-depth knowledge of their functionalities.
  • Customer-centric approach: Ability to discern and understand client needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation to fulfill requirements.
  • Experience in evaluating software and operational processes, along with design critique.
  • Aptitude for developing operational design and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive as part of a high-performing team.
