Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Analysis team to create software functional specifications that align with established standards.
  • Engage with clients post-contract to thoroughly understand and analyze their business processes, aiming to align them with our standards.
  • Organize and conduct customer SFS workshops.
  • Coordinate with engineering Domain Authorities and the project software execution team to ensure the Software Functional Specification accurately reflects our deliverables.
  • Develop software functional specifications and associated requirements tailored to specific projects.
  • Work alongside the Solution Analysis team to update and maintain comprehensive solution software specifications.
  • Promote a collaborative environment for software solutions from sales through to engineering.
  • Support initiatives aimed at standardization and software reusability.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Experience with WMS, WES, or WCS, coupled with in-depth knowledge of their functionalities.
  • Strong customer experience, with a focus on understanding client needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficient in producing clear and concise documentation to meet project requirements.
  • Experience in evaluating software and operational processes, as well as design.
  • Aptitude for creating operational design and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as part of a high-performing team.
