Job Summary:
Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a meticulous and driven administrator to support a rapidly growing team. As an Operational Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, liaising with end users, suppliers, and customers, and gathering information to record accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with end users, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
- Responding to insurer requests via email and providing high-quality customer service.
- Gathering information from end users to record accurately and working alone as well as part of a small team.
- Booking appointments and clearly communicating with the team and liaisons.
Requirements:
- Patience and customer care skills.
- Motivated and reliable individual.
- Adaptable and able to multitask.
- Confident PC skills across MS software.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Fantastic liaison skills.
- Medical experience is desirable but not essential.
