Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our team at St. Michael's CE Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and other staff to provide support and guidance to students in Upper Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students
  • Provide individual and group support to students who require additional help
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Recent experience of supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting
  • Strong English and Maths skills, including written skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to the development of the Christian ethos
