At SkyBlue Solutions, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Prison Security Escort. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work alongside the prison service, assisting our client in maintaining the buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the identification of contractors and ensure they have been briefed on security measures.
  • Book in and out of contractors, creating a tool list and overseeing their work.
  • Escort contractors through the prison to their designated work areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure contractors' tools are accounted for prior to leaving the work area.
  • Utilize the radio to request permission to move contractors within the prison.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass security vetting, including providing references and undergoing security police checks.
  • 3+ years of residency in the UK.
  • Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
