Job Role: Level 2 Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer (Level 2) to join our team at HMP Eastwood Park, a closed category adult female prison. As a member of our Facilities Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the prison.

As a Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer (Level 2), you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring that the prison is safe and secure for all.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of technical skills and excellent organisational and time management skills. You will also need to have good health and safety knowledge and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
