Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring superior service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and inspire the bar and lounge team to provide high-quality service and meet performance goals
- Create and implement innovative beverage menus, featuring cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring effective ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service during events and busy periods
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue generation
- Demonstrated experience as a Bar Manager or in a comparable leadership role within a high-end bar or luxury hotel
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- A creative and innovative mindset towards menu development
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive salary of £34,395 per annum plus £7,200 service charge
