Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate patient waiting lists, ensuring efficient and effective flow of patients through the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
