Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management
    • Manage a site team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
    • Implement and maintain site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Manage subcontractor relationships, including contract administration, payment, and performance monitoring.
    • Develop and implement subcontractor management plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project managers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project managers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, responsible for the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems.
  • Qualifications
    • Professional qualification or degree in Electrical, Fire, Telecommunications Engineering, or related subject.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing, and best practices.
    • Knowledge and understanding of working to and implementing NEC construction contracts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer competence, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Document Control Systems.
