Job Title: Creative Media Specialist

This is a newly created role for a creative individual to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard.

  • GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Based in Epsom
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • Parking available
  • Full-time or part-time hours will be considered
Job Specification:
  • Develop engaging content to enhance our online presence and drive sales.
  • Assess media needs and ensure all media projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our brand standards.
  • Utilise creative storytelling in design to boost brand awareness and drive sales through impactful media.
  • Oversee video production and graphic design to transform concepts into media that supports sales efforts.
  • Design and create content for two websites, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Script and plan video content for a website, YouTube, social media, and client presentations, focusing on storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with videographers, staff, and clients to coordinate ongoing video shoots, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output.
  • Oversee the editing process and work with videographers to produce final media assets that meet our brand standards.
  • Plan and design brochures or other printed marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
  • Create and film ad-hoc social media videos, focusing on shoots within a 1-hour radius and capturing high-quality content.
  • Attend video shoots or independently film content for social media as needed, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Identify online PR opportunities to boost online visibility, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen external link authority.
  • Manage relationships with lead providers and explore new partnership opportunities for growth, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.
Person Specification:
  • Must have a driving license.
  • Experience in B2C sales and marketing, with a focus on content creation and media production.
