Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior People Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover. This role is integral to our People Team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and overseeing the People Partner team.

Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate with Funding Circle's leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Your understanding of critical priorities will enable you to proactively contribute to a People agenda that enhances our organizational culture and reflects our core values.

Office Presence
This role requires a minimum of two to three days per week in the office, with flexibility to increase as needed.

Project Focus
Your primary project will involve managing our performance and salary review cycle, necessitating collaboration with Senior Leadership and various People team functions to ensure a fair and efficient process that recognizes high performance.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, leveraging past experiences to develop sustainable programs.
  • Champion company culture by ensuring all people initiatives align with organizational values.
  • Support the resolution of complex people issues within the People Partner team.
  • Lead specific projects related to organizational design and other change processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, recommend interventions, and measure outcomes.
  • Act as a business partner to other People functions, ensuring a cohesive experience across the organization.
  • Proactively address and mitigate risks and issues in daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a Senior People Partner or leadership role (10 years preferred).
  • Proven ability to support multiple senior executives and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and experience managing complex employee relations matters.
