About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at cv-library.co - Jobboard. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the compressed air sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts and compressed air distribution channels
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales of compressed air products and services
  • Work closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure excellent after-sales service is provided
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless sales and service operations
  • Travel across Northants and commute to the office near Corby daily
Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Field Sales Representative, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within the compressed air sector
  • Compressor Service Engineers looking to transition into sales roles will also be considered
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company
  • A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of the compressed air market, including compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, nitrogen generators or similar compressed air related products/services is essential
  • Full clean driving license
