Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Educational Support Specialist to become part of our energetic team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with educators to enhance the learning and development of students, ensuring a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the classroom educator in executing high-quality lessons and activities.
2. Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
3. Aid in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
4. Cultivate a positive and inclusive educational environment.
5. Monitor and document student progress, offering feedback to educators.
6. Support the social and emotional growth of students.
7. Supervise students during recreational periods and school events.
8. Engage in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
1. A sincere enthusiasm for working with children and facilitating their educational journey.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
3. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are beneficial.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Capability to work effectively within a team.
6. Patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.
7. Basic understanding of child development and educational methodologies.
8. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
