The Role

We are seeking an experienced Mentor to work 1:1 with children in KS2 who have SEMH. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with children who have challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with children in KS2 who have SEMH
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support children with challenging behaviour
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent support for children
The School

The SEMH School is located in Redbridge and provides a high standard of education to children who have SEMH. The school offers onsite parking and is a short walk from the nearest station.
