About the Role

We are seeking an innovative UX Designer to join our team at RM Education. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our customers and users.
  • Conduct user research and gather data to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
  • Present design work to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
