About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to join our team at RM Education. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the user experience strategy and design for one of our core products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX strategy and roadmap for a core product in our Assessment portfolio.
  • Develop and execute design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct user research and gather data to inform design decisions.
  • Design and prototype ideas and solutions, and present them to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain design assets, such as user journeys, workflows, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to inform design and advocate for the value of great user experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a UX designer or product designer in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
  • Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience in presenting design work to stakeholders and non-designers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to drive projects forward.
