Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs

  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless support
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Adult Care Assistant/ Support Worker
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
