Job Title: Game Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Game Director to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a Game Director, you will be responsible for leading our table gaming and poker activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our casino and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop the Gaming Team: You will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing a high-performing gaming team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive Performance: You will utilize data analytics and management software to drive performance, maximize profitability, and ensure efficient gaming operations.
  • Resource Planning: You will ensure effective resource planning to meet operational demands, ensuring that the gaming team is adequately staffed and trained to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: You will drive customer service standards within the gaming team, identifying customer needs and acting on customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Profitability: You will be accountable for maximizing the venue's profitability by managing effective and efficient gaming operations.
  • Shift Management: You will be responsible for the smooth running of each casino shift, making decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Analysis and Reporting: You will conduct effective daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including poker, and analyze data to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation.
  • Team Development: You will support and consult with the Customer Verifications team to ensure sufficient levels of due diligence in place for eligible customers.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: You will have extensive leadership experience in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales and yield targets.
  • PML License: You will hold a current PML License and have a deep understanding of gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
