About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Crisis Shop in Ealing. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the shop manager to achieve business objectives and improve shop performance
  • Provide training and support to volunteers and staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity shop environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
