About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Power and Utilities Transactions to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our Deal Advisory practice, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery of specific engagements, leading internal project teams, and coordinating with external advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver high-quality client outputs, including financial analysis and modelling, scenario modelling, and risk analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and analyzing key value drivers for projects.
  • Lead internal project teams and coordinate with external advisors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with key sectors in Power and Utilities, developing sector-specific market intelligence and coaching junior staff.
  • Perform business development activities to support the growth of our utilities infrastructure business.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in financial advice, project finance, and corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of working on major projects, with expertise in financial analysis and modelling.
  • In-depth understanding of key value drivers in projects, including policy, regulation, financing, and investments.
  • Strong report and business case writing skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to identify and analyze key value drivers for projects, with a focus on commercial awareness.
