We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our new residential childcare provision in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and welfare for our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day running of the Children's Home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and care standards.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the safeguarding of young people's welfare.
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Participate in the on-call roster to provide 24/7 support to the Children's Home.
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or working towards.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential childcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on staff development and motivation.
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and care standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
