Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with courtesy, integrity, and professionalism.
- Repair Coordination: Coordinate vehicle repairs through our workshop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and that customers are kept informed of progress.
- Sales and Invoicing: Sell products and services to customers, ensuring that all sales are handled in a professional and transparent manner, and that all invoices are accurate and complete.
- Teamwork: Work closely with our workshop team to ensure that all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, with experience of using databases and other technical systems.
