Service Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and professional.
- Ensure that all customer requirements are met and that customers are kept informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure that vehicle repairs are completed to the highest standard and that agreed completion times are met.
- Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into firm bookings.
- Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Professionally sell products and services to customers and ensure that all objectives are fully achieved.
- Invoice completed work and take payments where required.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills and experience of using databases.
