About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a critical role in evaluating the functional capacity of individuals and providing recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their functional capacity and make recommendations for support.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate medical evidence and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • One year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Fully registered with NMC, HCPC, or relevant body with a valid PIN.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Valid driving licence or transport to the nearest assessment centre.
  • Successful completion of government baseline personnel security vetting.
