The company is a prominent player in the UK and international markets, comprising multiple companies that hold a significant share of the available market.
As a National Account Manager based in the Midlands region, reporting directly to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic contract and client relationship management and oversight
- Client retention through contract renewals and involvement in associated tendering activities
- Timely and efficient delivery of client rollouts through the use of critical path planning
- Sales growth through proactive promotion of cross-selling and account development
- Margin protection through pricing reviews and price file maintenance
- Delivery of products to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Accurate forecasting of client spend
- Completion of relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and ad hoc reporting
- Management of client orders and stock levels
The ideal candidate for this role will possess proven experience in B2B account management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
