Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A&E General Nurse to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered NMC Pin
  • GCSE maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience with dressings
  • Minor surgery experience
