About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Southampton Football Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business intelligence, reporting, and management information solutions to business users.
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Financial, and IT teams to turn data into critical information and insights that support business decisions and strategic change projects.
  • Develop management information solutions and reports that provide business leaders with key business performance metrics and strategic insights.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of the business that could benefit from analysis.
  • Develop necessary measures, dashboards, and visualisations to extract powerful and digestible reporting insights from complex data sets.
  • Roll out Power BI solutions and ongoing training to business users.
  • Lead workstream planning processes including inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of Power BI solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance or specialized training/certification.
  • Solid experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Solid experience working with advanced Power BI and DAX.
  • Experience with cloud computing models, Azure SQL, and storage services.
  • Experience with SSAS tabular models, multidimensional cubes, SQL, data management, financial modelling, and reporting.
  • Experience working with data to solve business problems/generating actionable insights.
