Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Education

Location: Office-based

Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 DOE + uncapped commission

Working Schedule:
Term time: 1x: 7:30-17:30, 2x: 7:30-17:00, 2x: 7:30-16:30

During School Holidays:
Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in business development with both new and existing clients to create opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for filling vacancies.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits.
  • Screen CVs, interview candidates, and build a robust pipeline of talent.
  • Ensure timely filling of vacancies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Continuously assess your performance to drive improvement.

This role requires adaptability, as each day presents unique challenges. The recruitment industry is dynamic and fast-paced, necessitating a resilient, enthusiastic, and energetic approach.
