Working Hours:
The standard working week is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
Apprenticeship Duration:
The expected duration of the apprenticeship is 12 months, with the possibility of starting immediately.
Apprenticeship Level:
This program is classified as Level 3 (A level).
Your Daily Responsibilities:
As an apprentice, you will work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant, assisting with various daily tasks, including:
- Client and Account Management
- Answering Phone Calls
- Data Entry
- CRM Management
Training and Qualifications:
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive training in Recruitment Level 3, conducted at our branch locations.
Desired Skills and Personal Attributes:
We are looking for individuals who are creative and possess a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade 4 is essential).
Career Progression:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be qualified as a Recruitment Consultant. We offer a clear career progression pathway, leading up to the position of Section Manager.
