Key Responsibilities
This role entails leadership oversight for the Community Nursing Services within the Amber Valley region.
In addition to the daily management of the team, the successful candidate will concentrate on delivering exceptional care and enhancing service quality.
You will also have the chance to collaborate with the broader Management Team to foster cooperative relationships with stakeholders across health and social care sectors.

Engaging effectively with your team, peers, and both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in achieving your key performance objectives. About Our Organization
Our mission is to deliver community health services to a patient demographic exceeding one million individuals in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
We employ approximately 4,200 staff members, providing care in 11 community hospitals and over 30 health centers, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes, and increasingly, in patients' homes and through virtual consultations.

Qualifications and Training

- BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent clinical qualification
- Registration with a Nursing or HCPC Professional body
- Diverse Clinical NHS Experience
