Chief Finance Strategist

Thomas Gray is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a corporate setting, ideally within a residential construction firm or a prominent small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) developer. A robust background in corporate finance, particularly in asset management and private equity-backed ventures, is essential, along with expertise in managing both debt and equity in collaboration with internal funding sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess financial vulnerabilities and devise strategies to address them effectively.
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
• Establish debt frameworks and engage with the market to secure optimal solutions tailored to our growth phases.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure the preparation of precise financial reports and statements.
• Comprehend joint venture and partnership agreements to guarantee adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to project revenue valuations for inclusion in quarterly assessments.
• Take ownership of the financial plan alongside the five-year strategic outlook for the organization, ensuring accuracy and effective management.
• Coordinate with the Land Team regarding budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
