Vice President of Finance

About the Role: We are collaborating with Thomas Gray, a prominent player in the development sector, to find a driven and seasoned Chief Financial Officer.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess experience in a Group role within a construction firm or a leading small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) developer. A robust background in corporate structures, along with a comprehensive understanding of asset management and private equity-backed ventures, is essential. You will be adept at managing both debt and equity in partnership with internal funding sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess financial risks and devise effective strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee and manage the budgeting process.
• Establish debt frameworks and engage with the market to identify optimal solutions for various growth phases.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare precise financial statements and reports.
• Comprehend joint venture and collaboration agreements to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to forecast revenue valuations for quarterly assessments.
• Take ownership of the budget and the five-year business plans, ensuring accuracy and effective management.
• Coordinate with the Land Team regarding budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
