Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Select Service Partner UK Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our food retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and driving sales growth.
  • Lead a team of retail staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
  • Mentor and train staff to develop their skills and knowledge, and to grow and excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
