About the Role:

Kilnbridge is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects and operations are environmentally sustainable and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and report on environmental and sustainability issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Develop and implement environmental and sustainability plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  3. Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure that environmental and sustainability best practices are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations.
  5. Provide training and support to project teams on environmental and sustainability issues.
  6. Develop and implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promote renewable energy generation.
  7. Contribute to the development of our sustainability agenda and ensure that it is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  8. Monitor and report on the environmental and sustainability performance of our projects and operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental sustainability management, preferably in a construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
