Job Title: Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor

Location: Waltham Forest

Pay Rate: £100 per day

About the Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising classes, delivering pre-set lessons, and maintaining a productive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with their academic and emotional needs.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Assisting teachers and support staff with daily classroom activities.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement from students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
  • A passion for working with young people and supporting their well-being.
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children is desirable but not essential.
