Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of assessment principles and the ability to navigate, adhere to, and execute accreditation approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards. You should have a strong analytical mindset, capable of making informed decisions in complex and evolving situations, and adept at interpreting technical and policy requirements for effective accreditation outcomes.

Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering inclusivity and openness to diverse perspectives while encouraging constructive discussions to facilitate sound decision-making. You should be comfortable leading meetings, particularly those related to standards and accreditation.

Planning: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
