Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Freeman Forman in Heathfield. As an Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

About the Role

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
