Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals to provide support to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of our students
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for our students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
- Provide training and support to our staff on occupational therapy principles and practices
- Contribute to the development of our therapy programs and services
Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with Autistic Spectrum Condition and associated conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting the needs of our students
