Loss Prevention Officer

**About the Role**

As a Loss Prevention Officer at TJX Europe, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for deterring loss on the sales floor, acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function, and working closely with the store team to maintain security of our product.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors
* Focus on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function
* Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required
* Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
