**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and associates.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors
* Focus on deterring loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function
* Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required
* Demonstrate ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
