  • Provide exceptional pastoral support to students, including guidance, advice, and support.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being and success of students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pastoral support systems and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs C/4 Above
  • Pro-rata to actual salary estimate £26,515.17 ‐ £29,856.50
