Salary: £22,000

Working Days: Monday to Sunday with alternating days off, including every other weekend off

Working Hours: 08:00 am to 08:00 pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays will be from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Engage with residents in a polite, professional, and supportive manner at all times.
  • Report any security breaches or damages to the management team or relevant authorities promptly.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the estate, focusing on litter collection, sweeping of external communal areas, and cleanliness of bin storage and car park areas.
  • Report all defects to the Concierge or Development Manager on a daily basis.
  • Manage the preparation and rotation of waste and recycling bins in communal storage areas for collection.
  • Ensure all basic mechanical and electrical tasks are performed, such as changing light bulbs and fuses, and report any other issues to the management team.
  • Ensure that bin storage areas and flooring are cleaned weekly and remain presentable, with regular refuse collections.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and presentation, including uniform standards, at all times.
  • Take responsibility for the daily removal of litter and debris from communal areas, with particular attention to courtyards, car parks, entrances, and roadways.
