Salary: £22,000
Working Days: Monday to Sunday with alternating days off, including every other weekend off
Working Hours: 08:00 am to 08:00 pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays will be from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm)

With over 40 years of expertise and a workforce of 4,000, the company collaborates with developers, investors, freeholders, and more than 1,300 Resident Management Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Engage with residents in a polite, professional, and supportive manner at all times.
- Report any security breaches or damages to the management team or relevant authorities promptly.
- Maintain the tidiness of the estate, focusing on litter collection, sweeping of external communal areas, and cleanliness of bin storage and car park areas.
- Report all defects to the Concierge or Development Manager on a daily basis.
- Manage the preparation and rotation of waste and recycling bins in communal storage areas for collection.
- Ensure all basic mechanical and electrical tasks are performed, such as changing light bulbs and fuses, and report any other issues to the management team.
- Ensure that bin storage areas and flooring are cleaned weekly and remain presentable, with regular refuse collections.
- Maintain personal hygiene and presentation, including uniform standards, at all times.
- Take responsibility for the daily removal of litter and debris from communal areas, with particular attention to courtyards, car parks, entrances, and roadways.
Please note that this role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet throughout the day.
