Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our bakery team and drive the success of our high-end boutique brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of baking operations, including recipe development, production planning, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
  • Lead a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized baking environment.
  • Collaborate with the development chef to refine recipes and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in bakery operations, recipe development, and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor bakery staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in artisanal baking techniques, including laminated dough and traditional pastry-making methods.
