Operations Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Service Team Leader to lead our service team and product servicing both in-house and on-site. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the control and delivery of maintenance agreements, scheduling of site engineers, first line customer support and servicing in-house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all service operations on-site and in-house, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet service goals and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain site resources
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments
  • Co-ordinate with Site Engineers and schedule site activity
  • Ensure all paperwork and permits are completed prior to site activity
  • Plan jobs to client specifications, ensuring all parts and equipment needed for site activity
  • Implement and manage Maintenance contracts
  • Support customers on breakdowns, repairs and servicing requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Working across different teams
